Twin Star is a modular learning system that includes 2 days of action learning activities to cover the 8 foundation points of the Twin Star. The workshop focuses on infusing participants in a Solution focused environment and practice what is learnt instantly in practice sessions.

Key modules include of:

• Solution Focused Tools
• 4 positive factors – Appreciation, Caring, Success and Fun
• 4 challenging factors – Hurts, Criticism, Problems and Blows
• Re-Teaming

WORKSHOP CONTENTS

1. Solutions Creation vs. Problem Solving
Understand the benefits of applying concepts and learn the attitudes and tools of Solution Focused approach to facilitate positive changes by highlighting strengths and promoting change.

2. Twin Star 8 Point Approach
Learn the simple to use and easy to apply 8 Values of Twin Star model for immediate implementation in your team or organization to combat problems.

3. Building Enthusiasm and Motivation
Build interest and enthusiasm amongst your staff and associates more effectively while sustaining motivation to fire up commitment so as to facilitate personal growth and improvement

4. Strength Approach to Upgrade Skills
Use the strength based approach, past successes and positive environment from supporters to engage children, youths and students to learn more.

5. Conclusion
Summarizing key learning points of the workshop and to help create an action plan for immediate implementation back at home, school or institution.
