COURSE DESIGN
The Kid’s Skills workshop is a modular learning system that includes two days of interactive and active learning with a variety of activities to facilitate learning. This workshop focuses on building solution-focused skills and competencies.
The workshop is highly interactive and utilises a variety of methods and tools to maximise learning. For example, individual and small-group exercises with discussions on practical issues will actively engage participants to create solutions in their own challenges.
Participants can expect to leave the program not only aware of the possibilities of the solution-focused approach to dealing with problems but also with a set of transferable skills to enhance the effectiveness of the environment they seek to implement the tools in. It is also expected that participants will be have an action plan to able to use and implement Kid’s Skills immediately.

- Creating an environment to facilitate positive changes
- Positive feedback and reprimanding

Parent: To foster better relationships and communication with children and to nurture them to become more responsible
School Teacher: To creatively engage students to learn new skills and raise performance and morale of entire class
Kindergarten / Pre-school Teacher: To inject fun and positive interaction among children to learn new skills more effectively
Principal: To create more desirable, positive and effective culture to raise morale of both teachers and students
Counselor: To apply proven and structured methodology to facilitate positive changes in children and youth
Youth Worker: To expand your tool box and get better results with children, teenagers and students
