WORKSHOP DESIGN
Appreciative Coaching for TEAMs is a modular learning
system that includes 2 days of action learning activities.
The workshop focuses on building solution-focused
appreciative coaching skills and competencies to
enable you to focus your energy and your time to
developing solutions in the everyday life of the
team.

• Appreciative Team Reflecting Process
• Dealing with Strong Personalities
Appreciative Coaching for TEAMs presents a paradigm
shift when it comes to working with groups. It supports
teams in finding a way out of complex and tense
situations; resolve conflicts and deal with unnecessary
tension in the team or between groups.
The workshop is highly interactive and utilizes
a variety of methods and tools to maximize learning.
For example:
• Participants bring real-life challenges
into the workshop and solutions/action mapping take
place in a supportive environment.
• Participants will learn how to coach and
be coached on the process of solutions building
including managing hot spots and finding exceptions.
Participants can expect to leave the program not
only aware of the possibilities of the solution-focused
appreciative coaching approach but also with an
enhanced sense of their own and their team’s
possibilities. It is expected that participants
will be able to use the solution-focused appreciative
coaching skills immediately.
