Alex Tan is an experienced consultant specializing in people performance.  His forte is in the area of Assessment and Learning & Development methodologies where he specializes in developing and implementing customized solutions to drive organizational performance. Part of his consulting engagements includes helping organizations to develop their Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Customized Training Program Design, Behavior Change Intervention Methodologies and Sustainable Intervention Methodologies.   He is an accomplished trainer facilitator and skilled in multiple psychometric assessments tools such as DISC, MBTI, and Harrison Assessments Talent Solutions.  He is currently completing his certification for Certified Solution Focused Coach (CSFC) with the Canadian Council of Professional Certification.

Enrich Varella is an industrial psychologist specialising in values-based learning for large-scale organisational change processes. He works with staff at all levels in corporations to instill corporate core values through experiential-based activities and cognitive exercises. He works with these business partners to create their unique corporate identity as they engage through the crisis and restructuring. Through an alignment of core and personal values, staff can become more value-able and capable by creating substance and a strong sense of worth. Enrico connects with all levels of staff from union members to senior management to international executives. With a forte and flair for languages and linguistics, he communicates competently in 6 languages and has taught in Mandarin to hundreds of executives in China and Taiwan since 1994.

Dr Linda Haverkamp-Heng is a qualified social worker, marital and family life educator who has more than 20 years of experience in the human services. She is a certified Master Trainer for Prepare-Enrich Programme and an accredited MBTI Administrator. She has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in social work and sociology from the National University of Singapore. She is an award recipient of the Singapore Association of Social Workers Gold Medal. As a National Council of Social Service and Rotary International Scholar, she went to Hawaii, USA where she obtained her Master in Business Administration with Distinction. She is working towards her Graduate Diploma in Solution Focused Brief Therapy certification with the Canadian Council of Professional Certification and is currently a doctoral candidate with the Department of Social Work, National University of Singapore.
